Responsibilities include assisting in the production of drawing and specifications, design calculation for heating, air volumes, and construction services for current projects. Leora has been a project mechanical engineer on the latest Bartlett Regional Hospital Renovation Medical Surgery Project that is completing phase one construction.

EXPERIENCE:

Leora is a design mechanical engineer and is responsible for assisting project engineers on condition surveys, site inspections, design and construction services support for mechanical engineering documents.   Leora supports project engineering tasks including the design of mechanical systems consisting of layout of ductwork systems, piping plans and diagrams, engineering calculations, selection of equipment, review of submittal data, performing inspections, and assisting with project coordination for current projects.  Ms. Houtary’s experience also includes the adjustment and balancing of mechanical systems. Mr. Murray and Ms. Houtary have extensive experience in construction services including reviewing submittals and shop drawings including sprinkler and control drawings, providing project coordination for mechanical construction, providing progress and milestone inspections, reviewing contractor as-builts for completion, providing start-up and commissioning services, providing or reviewing operation and maintenance manuals, and reviewing and checking adjustment balancing reports of mechanical ventilation and heating systems.
